We’ll This week will focus on our feathered friends, learn what ornithology is, and make our own Audubon inspired “colored plate”. We will learn about our native Des Moines backyard birds. We’ll feed chickens, and look at different kinds of feathers examining their forms and functions. We’ll hope to see the hummingbirds, and other backyard birds. Well also make awesome paper mache birds
