This week we’ll be back in the olden days. We will make  butter, and bread, practice writing our letters with some quill pens and try our hand at washing with a wash board and hang our wash on the line. We’ll make our own mini lanterns and a game of checkers.  We’ll sew a pocket envelope to hold the pieces. We’ll talk about history in Iowa and get in touch with our inner Laura Ingalls Wilder, or in my case, baby Carrie. :)
